Disable Lockscreen

Hey,
Has anyone figured out how to disable the lockscreen on the MeeGo 1.2 IVI? I
have seen that this has been an issue for some, and now it has become one
for me:

You should be able to get this fix by installing the 1.2.0 Update1 packages as described here:

You should be able to do a selective zypper install of just meego-ux-ivi avoiding installing a new kernel.

http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/updates/1.2.0/repos/oss/ia32/packages/meego-ux-ivi-0.1.0-5.1.i586.rpm

meego-ux-ivi has no platform specific dependencies and should work equally well on ConneXt IOH and other supported IVI platforms.

I downloaded the .rpm and from my flash drive

1.) "zypper install --force <package>"
2.) turned the machine off for about 2 minutes.
3.) rebooted

However on reboot the dreaded lock screen still reappeared

First edit /usr/share/meego-ux-daemon/lockscreen.qml
Then find the line where property boolean animateAway: false and change it to true
Re-start UI.
