I cannot find a source for the ST board in question. Is there a
recommended substitute? If so, will it run 1.2 IVI now?

The update images include images for ConneXt IOH. The wiki page needs to be updated with this information, and will be next week. In the meantime, here is the link:

Thanks for your answer, but I want the hardware board, then the
software! I don't know where to purchase it.
