is there anyone out there who has a MeeGo kernel configuration without LVDS

(or any graphics at all) that just boots to level 3 and is willing to share?

I am not sure I get you. you can always boot to level 3 modifying bootloader
parameter adding
'init 3'
in the bootloader file.
Or maybe it is something else you need?

ah yes, but the login: prompt at level 3 still appears at the LVDS screen (in dumb ascii mode). I would like to get rid of LVDS altogether, and login via ssh, or usb/serial only. thx, Fritz

To be more specific,

One could hit tab during boot up to
get to the grub boot loader. Add
'single' to the kernel line so it boots
up into single user mode. Go to
/etc/inittab and change the '5' to '3'
and reboot...
