Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering if there is a way to stop MeeGo Forcing an application
into full screen?

basically im running the glean tests on there and there are some tests that
fail when stretched to full screen, so im trying to ensure they stay in
windowed mode.

Meego Version: 1.2.0 IVI

let me know if you need any more details

-Thanks, Chris

The full screen mode is forced by the use of mcompositor (window manager) and the meego-ux-* UI framework and meego-app-* applications that were introduced in 1.2.0. This is just a sample/demo of how a UX can be done and is not specific to IVI. We assume folks building IVI products will replace all of this UI interface with their own. So to get rid of the forced full screen mode, replace the window manager, UI framework and apps with your favorite IVI UX.

regards
Joel
